My friend and I ended up with a nasty case of food poisoning from our steak and cheese rolls we ordered at Caviar restaurant at the V&A Waterfront in Cape Town. I called head office to polity make them aware of the situation. The apology I received was insincere and lacking compassion, the call I was promised in return never happened. I really enjoyed Caviar but after this experience I will never go back or refer my friends. I have never experience such unprofessional service.
