Foreign objects in food

I took my grandmother to Sacramento Spur for her birthday Friday. I ordered nachos mexicana and when I took the second last bite of the dish I swallowed a rather large, sharp foreign object. I didn't complain or make a scene. I kept on swallowing trying to get the object down my throat and into my stomach by drinking cold drink and eating chips but without success the first 2 days. The object was stuck in my body for days. I will never ever eat at Spur again. On a previous occasion there was hair in my food. I paid R149 simply to swallow something that caused me serious discomfort for days and spoiled my grandmother's birthday. I am seriously disgusted!
