I'm very unhappy with the service we got from Kfc Kabega Park in Port Elizabeth. Trading hours are there for a reason we were on the road from a trip so we stopped at the KFC for food the trading hours on the door is 09:00am to 22:00pm we got there at 21:45 the people in the store saw us but they just acted like they did see so my husband called at the door and the cashier came & said they close he then asked her why and she said it was 22:00pm he then corrected that the time is 21:45pm but she had a attitude then he said he wanted to speak to the manger (Mickey) she was very rude using the term you not sir she said there was no chicken and called the day Manger Pieter who then spoke to my husband on the phone and then to Mickey. I'm not sure what he said to her but then she close the door and said she is not going to make food for us. My husband work for the SAPS in the area and even told the lady (Mickey) on many occasions he would buy KFC on his night shift and they would be open till 22:05pm We are not happy!) Manger doesn't give her a right to chases customer away really hope you can speak to your staff on how to treat customers before you loose them all...
