On the 15th October my husband & I took my sister-in-law for her birthday As one knows birthdays suppose to be special occasions, unfortunately the service we received from Mimmos Manager was highly path ethic. Our food was not cooked but raw. The pastas we ordered had no sauce, wasnt cooked properly &; worse it was cold. Now if the customer is unhappy, its the duty of the manger to rectify this matter with the utmost courteous manner. But Ajith MANAGER swore at my sister-in-law as we refuse to pay for one pasta. I mean we have to taste it in order for us to know it was okay. His attitude was so bad that he brought security guards for us & another man. We (my sister-in-law) was alone, and to me the two of us woman was sort of in a way being "manhandled "hE CONTINUE TO SWEAR AT US FOR OVER TEN MINUTES This is not the correct way to treat your customers, Your customer is always right, no matter what. I mean I had to give the food to my maid & dog. The bill came out to 400 hundred which didnt matter but cost of living is very high & as stated it was a special occasion which was spoilt by this manger Ajith Please find a solution & a way for him to appologize to us
