Dear Sir / Madam

Kindly take note that I ordered a pizza on Wednesday night via the internet on my account, but the pizza was never delivered.

Upon enquiry at the Bloemfontein branches, they insisted that they had never received such an order, however, I have the screen saved which indicated that my order was placed and would be delivered.

I was then contacted by a consultant from Debonairs indicating that the complaint is being dealt with, but still it has not been dealt with.

My order that I placed also does not reflect on my order history even though I have saved the screen indicating that the pizza will be delivered with my telephone number and time of estimated delivery.

I find it quite awful that firstly, the pizza was ordered via the proper system and not delivered - no apology from the consultant I spoke to and now also no further response.
