These people have no customer service etiquette at all.
We ordered our meal at 11:20am to be delivered by 12pm so we can enjoy our lunch. This branch is across the road from us so our meal should have been delivered on time.
We phoned at 12:15pm to find out where our food was and they advised that they are 3mins away. Does it honestly take 45mins to prepare 1 prego roll and chips, 1 chicken burger and chips and 2 quarter chicken meals and chips?
We finally received our meal at 12:25pm but didn't include chips in the prego roll meal. We had to follow up, then repeat the order and they still don't pack it properly.
I had to go back to fetch the chips and all the person could say was "sorry ne" after she took forever to understand what was wrong!
This was the first and last time I will ever buy from Senhors!! For interest sake, it was order number 66 on 6 september 2013
