Steers gave me a fake R100 note as per my last complaint but instead of assisting I got an Sms on the 13th September 2013 that the matter has been resolved, even though I expressed my frustration to the lady who called to get the progress about the case, it is clear that the Steers management is not willing to resolve this issue, I cooperated until the last day and was promised that I will be given my money and that has not happened, please treat me as a valued customer cause whatever suggestion I came with were all rejected but instead decided to close the case without consulting me.
