Myself and 5 Friends attended the special for thursdays "eat as much as you like" special at 20:00HRS on thurday 24 January 2013. We had waited for 5 minutes to be seated, and thereafter half an hour before a waiter even noticed us. We ordered our drinks and we informed the waiter (a Lady), we then waited 15 minutes to even get empty plates put on table (may i highlight no drinks as yet). At this point we started to get annoyed, we asked another waiter where was our drinks and food, after 5 minutes (this is now the 55th minute spent in the store) we recieved two cold pieces of pizza (still no drinks provided at this time) of which my friend and i had a bite, and that when we realised that this extremely poor service. We got up and attempted to walk out of the store and we were told to pay for the pieces we ate, we reluctantly paid R40 for the two pizza's, and walked away. After this extremely poor customer service and disrespect, the brand image has tarnished, and i will advise every person i come across to never show patriotism to this food brand at any branch within South Africa
An hour for 2 slices of cold pizza and no drinks, pathetic.
