Using wrong chemical and poor service

I have a contract with Coopers Pest control, they come in and do the monthly service (never on time) and always a few days late. Then one of my staff brought it under my attention that they're spraying soap. If you try to call them they never answer and if you mail them, no reply. If you go to their office, they tell you that the owner will phone you but that never happens
