Wimpy needs to put a warning sign at the one step to the entrance. On Sunday I "missed" the step coming down, grabbed onto the side of the counter to stop myself falling to the floor and bruised my arm quite badly as well as jolting my back in my attempt not to land on the floor. I did not say anything to the front of house staff and pretended I was fine as I was extremely embarrassed from the indignity of the experience.
Fortunately I did not require any medical attention other than remedies already in my medicine chest but this is certainly a danger that needs to be noted as an older person might not be able to save themselves from falling and could in fact be seriously hurt.
Whether this is a mall management or Wimpy issue I am not sure, but it certainly needs to be looked at, either with the step removed or a warning sign.
