How did this manager get this position???

18 May, went for breakfast, tea cups were dirty, asked for replacement, sauces came dirty, asked for replacement, never received sauces or spoons, staff just laughed and muttered about us amongst themselves. got up and looked for manager, these were his words "I'M WORKING ON THE PROBLEM, IF YOU DONT WANT TO EAT HERE, THEN DONT." shocked at his comment, we left the store immediately, I then returned without my family to return my loyalty card, manager did not care. I do not wish to receive a response from this BRANCH at all, head office must deal with it and I want feedback from Head office only. I am a regular Wimpy customer at other Wimpy branches, I eat at a Wimpy with my family every day, I think Head office should be aware of how this branch is treating customers, and making the Wimpy franchise look BAD! a disgrace to Wimpy. stay away from this Branch.
