Good day,
i was at steers to buy food, while waiting i went to ask one of the waitresses (Beauty) for a plastic spoon, as i had a baby with me and it was time for the baby to eat.
When i asked her for a spoon, she said NO in a very bad attitude and the reason was they "count the spoons and its 1 spoon per ice cream".
Is it really so diificult just to borrow me a spoon to feed the baby... Would Steers go into a financial loss by giving or borrowing 1 spoon to a customer!!!
This was very Dissapointing and totally unacceptable
