Following a disastrous evening last night I thought I would take my issue online to let people know of an interesting issue we had with Mimmos Rosebank and to encourage them to not order delivery from the restaurant.
Here is the story.
We ordered 2 large pizzas and a focassia bread through Mr. Delivery from Mimmos last night. When we got our order, the food was inedible, all 3 items where extremely doughy and the amount of flour layering the bottom of the food was shocking, the mushrooms and olives seemed dry and old and the focassia was not even cooked through.
We are not blaming Mr. Delivery as they only deliver the orders, but we are looking at Mimmos for poor service, inedible food and shocking customer service - we were enlightened to hear that once we sent the order back, Mimmos deemed the food perfect and consumable.
We demanded our money back rather than replacement pizzas, the 3 people to have some of their order began having stomach cramps. We feel that this issue is being blamed on Mr. Delivery by Mimmos for their mistakes.
Mimmos have lost once loyal customers because of how they handled this issue.
However, I would love to hear that they have to say to this.
