Bad Service and Incompetent Manage

After taking a lunch order from my Department I called Mimmos at the Pavilion Shopping Mall to place the order. Firstly, the guy was not able to deliver the order as their delivery guy was out and they were not sure what time he would be back. Secondly, they could not give me an estimate time that the order would be ready for me to pick it up. Thirdly, they could not advise us on new pricing!

Eventually a colleague and I arrive at Mimmos to pick up our order. We were then told that one of the items ordered did not exist on their menu anymore but they made it up for me at an extra charge of R35 - this now meant that the pasta was R85 for a veg pasta. They did not inform me of this when I placed the order neither did they contact me thereafter to mention this. Aside from this, the Manager, George Mazaile, smelt like alcohol and did not seem to be remorseful at all. He has no idea what customer service is or how to run a restaurant. Save yourself the headache and do not eat at this restaurant in future.

To make matters worse, this company does not even respond on Hello Peter proving that they have no consideration for the satisfaction of their customers.
