Me and my family went to KFC in Mamelodi West, Denlyn. We made our order via drive through at 20:27
We Purchase a Zinger Burger, Streetwise 5 adnd Streewise Pap with 3piece. We paid and was told to go to the next window. We waited for 25minutes before the food was ready. They gave us burned meat, and said it was burned by the kitchen. We refused to accept the meat. and they said we should wait for another 11minutes for fresh meat. At that time my kids are crying hungry. We waited for another 30min for the meat, and not 11minutes as they have promised. the ladies where very rude to us. The gave other people who waited long after us ice creams for free and never offered us anything. They even gave them their food first. We even moved for other cars and waited on the side of the drive way. We buy at KFC daily on Garsfontein Road. We never recieved such horrible service like we did in Mamelodi. I will never buy from them agian. I hope they get training on customer service. They must also stop selling burnt black meat just because they are in a township. I was so angry i didnt even eat.
