We bought the family treat Thursday evening via drive through, it was very busy so I did not check the food before we left, when we got home all 8 pieces of the chicken was burned. I did phone customer care and are awaiting reply.. we used to love Kentucky, but we won't buy chicken again... I did take a photo cause I could not believe what I see.
