The audacity of this company is astounding. The last time I complained about bad service and attitude at this branch, I was reprimanded and threatened by the management of Mugg&Bean.
Yet, this morning their service was once again and most concerning is the fact that a group of three gentlemen is allowed to sit and smoke in a non-smoking area with waiting staff just staring at them.
I get the feeling that this company thinks that they are above criticism and laws - this is extremely disrespectful to customers that just want to be treated fairly and honestly.
