Impatient personnel and bad service

I was at the KFC drive through, firstly they never have any proper toys available - the cashier treat you like she is doing you a favour (the toys are included in the price of the meal - if you can't deliver on the toys take it off the menu and reduce the prices).
Then getting to the next window where you get the food, the lady kept on yelling at me "thank you! Thank you! Thank you! " - I was taking 15 seconds to check my order before leaving since I have had incidents where I got the wrong food previously.
In my opinion this is rude and totally disrespectful behaviour and a waste of my money to be treated like this and not get the proper goods - I am doing them a favour by buying from them - not the other way around.
Secondly it is very inconvenient to have to go and collect toys a month later cause they are out of stock or have the same toys for 6 months - who keeps all their slips for that period of time? So most people end up throwing the slips away and pay for something they never get.
