Poor Customer Service

Im writing this purely to make the owners and management of KFC King Williams Town (Alexandra Street) aware of the poor service i've received time and time again.

1. The EFT machine at the drive thru should be scrapped, its always faulty or not working at all. And i dont particularly enjoy it when the cashier can see my pin becuse the cord is so short it cant even reach out of the window.
2. This particular branch of KFC used to have a problem with the time it took to complete a drive-thru order. Its a drive-thru, not a drive-thru-park-and-wait. This problem seems to have been sorted out.
3. I wont mention names, and not all the cashiers are guilty of this, but the majority of them need a serious attitude adjustment. When i order and pay for my meal its as if the person taking my order or putting it together is doing me a favour. And hows about a smile every now and then?
4.Two tills, which are always open, are broken in such a way that the customer cannot see the price of their order. This is especially disturbing because customers such as myself would like to know what the cashier is adding to my bill before paying. On sunday i found out i paid for sprinkle pops and added R2
