POOR SERVICE AND BAD ATTITUDE

I WENT TO JOHN DORYS SUNCOAST ON MONDAY THE 12TH. ORDERED MY MEALS AND ADD THE BOTTOMLESS SODA TO IT, AFTER 1ST ORDERING A COKE I DECIDED TO CHANGE TO A SPRITE, THE WAITRESS SAID I CAN NOT SO I ASKED FOR HER TO CALL THE MANAGER, THE RUDE MANAGER NAMED SALLY TOOK 7-10 MINS TO COME. AFTER EXPLAINING THE SITUATION TO HER SHE SAYS THAT I CAN NOT CHANGE BECAUSE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS. SO I HANDED HER THE ADVERT ON THE TABLE AND TOLD HER TO SHOW ME WHERE IT SAYS THAT AND SHE COULDN'T. I EXPLAINED TO HER THAT IT DOESN'T STATE IT SO I'M SURE I COULD BUT SHE INSISTED ON NOT CHANGING IT. I COULDN'T FIGURE OUT WHY WHEN BOTH COME OUT OFF THE SAME MACHINE AND COST THE SAME AMOUNT AND THEY HAVE PICTURES OF THE CHOICES PRINTED ON THE ADVERT. ANYWAY THE SO CALLED MANAGER WITH NO PEOPLE SKILLS WAS VERY RUDE AND WHEN WE ASKED FOR THE BILL IT TOOK ANOTHER 10 MINS FOR ARRIVE WE HAD TO GO TO THE TIL POINT AND ASK FOR IT, I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE!!! THEY ALL UP TO
