Due to the mug and bean close for renevations at N1 City, my wife and I decided to go to spur as the Wimpie was also overflowing. It took a while before a waiter came to our table. He brought our coffees and was seldom to be seen. We placed our orders. I asked for tobacco sauce with my order. The food came without it. I ate my cold chips and onion rings. Just before I was finished he showed up with the tobacco after reminding him again, H e wasn't friendly or nice at all. I thought let this pass as they are very busy. my wife ordered a desert. At now time was he there to check if we are still ok. I then payed the bill and gave him a good tip as I know waiters work for minimum wage and relies on tips. We asked for a glass of water each when paying the bill. The waiter was never to be seen again and we eventualy left and bougt water at another shop. This was really disgusting service as we eat at Grand west every now and then and the service there is always good.0
