We placed an order with DE from two restaurants, the one being St Elmo's. Delivery time was expected at 19h20.By 19h45, when nothing had arrived, I called and was told that St Elmo's had not prepared the order in time. On further investigation, it appears that DE placed the wrong order, so I requested that my husbands pizza order be delivered and that the driver go back for mine. TWO deliveries later, I still did not have my full order, and when I called to complain, I was offered 50% discount on my next order. As I am typing this, DE is still trying to call me, but as it is now 21h15, I will not answer the phone. What a perfect way to up what would have been a treat for me, not having to cook on a Friday night. Not to be repeated anytime soon, Mr D will get my support from now on. Shocking service.
