I placed an order through Mr Delivery for 4 pizzas from Col Cacchio Mio at approx 18h40 on friday night. The person who took my order said I should expect my order within an hour.By 20h00 i was still waiting, so I called to find out where my order was. They told me there was a hold up at the actual restaurant. My order arrived at 20h35 (2hours after i placed order) Not only did they only deliver 3 pizzas (the order was wrong on the original docket) but they were cold and dismal. I had ordered these pizzas as a treat for my children, who were, by the time the pizzas arrived, asleep! So all in all it was a disaster. The pizzas I received had definatley not come fresh from the oven. They were at least an hour old, cold and hard. I am not sure who would be held accountable for this? Would it be the restaurant or Mr Delivery.
