Last night we ordered pizzas from our local Debonairs. We were unhappy about the quality of two of the pizzas and I decided to sent a message to Debonairs via their website. Within 5 minutes I was contacted via e-mail by Charmaine Mapping asking for details of my complaint. Within an hour of logging my complaint, the matter was resolved amicably with the manager of the branch, Raymond, who contacted us directly.
Now that is what I call service! Not only was it at night (after hours), but also no stone was left unturned to ensure that we, the clients, were happy with our purchase.
It is rare to find this kind of service nowadays and Charmaine has to be commended for her speedy response and Raymond for resolving the matter without any delay. Well done! As a result of your friendly and effective service I am once again a happy Debonairs customer.
