I would like to thank, top management (Fishaways S.A) and management Paarl for the professional manner in which they handled my complaint. However this is not the end of the matter.
We drove to fishaways Paarl to collect my free meal and an additional meal for the rest of the family.
On arrival I told Anga (the assistant on duty) that I am here to collect my complimentary meal. In a disrespectful manner, her remark was "for what, was it for a complaint? " I explained to her that the manager told me that my name will be entered into the book. She then went to go fetch the book and just paged through the book and could not find anything. She then phoned the manager, at this point I opened the book to look for my name which she did not even ask for, she slammed the book closed and grabbed it out of my hands!!! At that moment I was beyond angry and asked her if she doesn't have any manners and if she didn't get any training for the job? She replied NO... I told her that I was going to complain about her attitude and she replied her name was AN-GA and I can go and complain! She then said I can have an F3. I didn't even bother and just walked out and other customers followed me out!!!
