After taking the time to phone you this morning telling you who i was and book, also asking for you to introduce myself, you approached me and said how can i help you i said my name was Malcolm and all you said was am i enjoying the meal.
So much for the offer of a complimentary meal, why make a statement if you don't stick to it, anyways Spur will never see me or any member of my family again not even for a free meal the food was sub standard the veg was although my steak was good. The rolls the kiddies burgers were on was hard.
My wife didn't even eat her burger as the meat tasted off to her she took it home to give to our dogs, where this Spur has gone.
