I received my order for 5*medium hake and chips and to my disgust the parcel looked like a crumbed sardine and chips. I previously bought the very same meal and was sure that the fish size had decreased substantially on the order for last night. I phoned the complaint through to the manager of Bluff who advised that she can do nothing as she has reported "numerous" complaints about portion sizes to Fishaways headoffice and got no positive feedbackl. This is very deceiving ang upsetting as everybody felt like they just had a starter last night as opposed to a supper. I am very disappointed with the negative response from Fishaways and i beleive it would be in the best interest of the community if they become aware that high prices charged don't warrant the satisfation of the meal. It is not good consumer practice to deceive the public and not react in a proper manner to customer complaints.
