I ordered chicken livers (take away)
Whilst eating the livers it was almost like there was sand in them.
After a few bites I experienced a stone like object that got wedged in between two of my back teeth. I tried to get it out with a toothpick, this wouldn't work, eventually after struggling for about 5 minutes with dental floss it came out. It looked like a tiny black stone.
I have since been to the dentist who has confirmed that my top and bottom tooth are both chipped.
After having the decency to complain directly to Nandos (and after many emails to Michelle Roome from Nandos), I still have no apology even. When I complained to Michelle for for not getting back to me, she asked me what I want to do about the situation (I think that they should have offered to pay for my dentist bill immediately), not asked me what I want out of this. They don't seem concerned at all!
They did tell me that they would send me a voucher for Nandos in the post about 2 months ago, I have not received this yet.
