My friend Puleng placed a order for us. we had a menu for kfc delivery and i requested a kfc salad with honey and mustard dressing, corn in a tub and a streetwise 5. We had the guy on speaker he answered that we do not have the corn it was a promotion and yet it was on the menu as a side. He then said that the menu we had was outdated. i then requested a new menu. The delivery guy came and i checked the menu only to see it is the same one i had, So i was really made to be Stupid by your call centre staff. I then asked the delivery guy that why is the corn not available and yet its on the menu as a side only to be answered "im just the delivery guy". i checked the closed package only to see that there is no salad dressing nor salt and no utensils with the food. these should cume standard being in the
service delivery i am quite disatisfied in receiving substandard service delivery and you shoult train your staff on having some tact on answering customers.
