We, a white family from NZ and JHB got together for a milkshake at this store. My dad was hungry and due to his mouth being sore, we ordered him a hake and chips. Another family arrived after us, black family, also ordered hake and chipa after us. needless to say, the staff are mostly black at this store, served the customers that arrived after us, first.. Their meal looked like the normal dish served by Wimpy.
However when my dad's food arrived, it looked utterly disgusting. it looked like 2 uneaten kiddies meals warmed up and chucked on a plate. My brother actually asked them if my dad was being served 2 GUPPIES. This is how bad it looked. My dad could not even cut the "FISH" with the knive, how could he still eat this.
I am so so disgusted, and the staff had an attitude towards this matter, and i will not recomend Wimpy to anyone. We travel the N3 often coming from JHB, and due to the "STUFF YOU" attitude i will now eat from Nando's. Really this is so pathetic. For a food chain as large as Wimpy, i could not beleive the service we received. I hope you can do something about this as this can harm your image very badly, and all this due to one store not caring about the clients
