I have been a good supporter of Nando's especially the past 12 months. Today I called in to place an order for delivery at 11:14am and the order only came in at 12:30. After seeing that the order was not coming through, I tried to call 6 times and only the 7th time (at 12:05) was I able to get through. I was told that my order was only coming out of the shop then. This means that my order had been sitting there most of the time. This resulted in having my meal cold. I only accepted it because I was hungry and had to have something to eat. There was also no butter for my roll. I am only 750m away from Nando's which can take you minimum of 3 minutes to arrive. Considering other factors, it could take one 10min.
I am so thwarted and had no joy in eating my meal!
