I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO ANYMORE. I SPOKE TO NATALIE THE SUPERVISOR AT THE CALL CENTRE. SHE ASSURED ME SHE WILL HAVE THE REGIONAL MANAGER CALL ME ASAP, A WEEK LATER NO ONE HAS BOTHERED TO CALL ME.

I WANT MY MONEY BACK NOW.
