Over the past week I have visited these two branches at least 10 times collectively. A growing trend that I am picking up is that of having to wait for chicken to be prepared. This waiting time varies between 7 to 12 minutes. We tend to go to the Midrand branch in question late at night after 20:00 whereas the Hillcrest branch is usually a lunch-time affair. Over the past week this waiting issue has intensified. It's an annoyance when you have limited time, but the bigger issue is the lack of planning that results in this shortage of chicken. Something has to be done as this poor service delivery is filtering through to the basic service being offered. Today the lady serving me didn't even bother to put serviettes in my take-away bag.
As a lifelong KFC addict I am increasingly getting disappointed by this decline is service standards
