On Monday my family and I visited the above restaurant for supper. We had a horrific experience at the specified branch and I feel they are bringing down the good name of Nandos. The branch was not busy the time of our arrival, yet we had to wait 27 minutes for our food to arrive at our table. Upon arrival the chicken and chips was burnt and seemed as if it was fried in stale oil, the rolls were stiff and cold and had no flavour on it. When I enquired as to why the chicken was so burnt the waiter insisted that is how it gets served as he makes the chicken. I disagreed and told him that im too regular of a nandos consumer for him to tell me that. I will never go back to that branch and will tell others to stay away as well.
