I went to KFC Malmesbury yesterday evening and ordered a Ice cream Cone for my 4-year old daughter, just to be told that their ice-cream machine is broken. Then ordered the Chicky Meal and got given the chips, burger and juice in a normal KFC bag and not the little box. Again to my little one's disappointment. This after I went there the previous week to buy a Hawaiin Twister and was told they only have the Hawaiin Burger and then ordered a normal Twister and to be told they don't have Twisters in stock. This is not the first times this has happened.
