To Whom It May Concern
My father purchased a few meals at Burger King, Tygervalley yesterday (18/07/2013). Only to discover when he got home that one burger was missing, He immediately contacted the Tygervalley Outlet with no success. Eventually he got through to the customer care line where he was told to forward an email and attach the receipt. This was done but the email address is invalid and the email kept bouncing, Please note this is the same email address stated on the website, I tried calling the customer care line today (19/07/2013) but my numerous attempts has failed, I am just told by an automated voicemail that I should leave a message. So effectively there is NO WAY in contacting Burger King, surely as a new company in SA which has been operating for a few months now these kind of problems should have been sorted out!!
This was our first experience of Burger King and definitely an unpleasant one!
