Rude and unhelpful!

I've just ordered at Steers Emperors Palace, after being ignored the first time I order and asked to repeat my order, I'm told there's no rolls to make Hero Rolls. A) put a sign up that says sold out otherwise it's fasle advertising! B) say, "excuse me ma'am, we unfortunately don't have the Hero rolls available but we can offer u the same fillings on a regular bun". Seriously, it's called eye contact and customer service! Pathetic!
