I laid a complainant in February 2013 about the two Wimpy Tomato Sauces I purchased that was watery and therefore could not be consumed. I spoke to Antionette and Buhle and received no response. I had to do a follow up call, I was told that they are awaiting their headoffices approval. I got a call on the 4 April from Mimi after calling Buhle again on the 2 April. Mimi said I will receive my vouchers in a week which I have not received till today. I called her on the 10th July, she was very rude asking me if I was aware of the strike been going on for 3 months. If this was the case she should have had the courtesy to call me and follow up with the vouchers, not me being the consumer having to call them for the 5th time. I pointed out that if the strike was 3 months long then I should have received my vouchers as I laid the complaint 5 months ago, she did not apologize for this but had attitude and cut the call without saying bye. I am disgusted about the pathetic service I have received. Awaiting an urgent response.
