Bad service, attitude, WIMPY takes it all

On Saturday the 3rd of August 2013, my son, his dad and myself went out to Sandton for some lunch at WIMPY.
When we got there, we stood for about plus, minus 5 minutes to be seated. Eventually, my boyfriend asked another guy who was passing by if we should go home as no one was attending us, the guy, (sorry I didn't get his name) just plucked us anywhere. Fine we sat. And waited, and waited, and waited. eventually after 15 minutes, I asked Neziwe, she was passing by, "what should one do, to get service around here? " she called out some lady to come and assist, but again, the waiting game began. we waited, and waited, until my boyfriend couldn't take it anymore. We up and left. We were looked on as if we were.
I asked for the manager, instead Ian, who didn't introduce himself as either an assistant or supervisor, listened to my "complaint" another lady, didn't get her name, but I could point er out, kept interrupting, I kept telling her to stop picking stompies as she was one of the culprits who didn't help us, she mumbled something under her breath.
Ian did apologies for the lack of service (non-existing) and the attitude displayed by his fellow colleagues
