I was very disappointed with the service I got at KFC yesterday (31/07/13). I stood in a long queue to place my order and I was told to choose the 3 sides which I chose then from there to another long queue after 25 minutes I was called to take my order and to my surprise the sides that I chose were finished which I didn't understand because I thought that the reason I waited for 25 minutes was because they are preparing my food. They told me I have to wait for another 15 minutes if I want those sides. Every customers there were not happy with the service and asked to see a manager but s/he never pitched.
