I often stop for take-out on my way home from work. KFC is one of my favourite take-outs. The closest KFC on my route is the one at the Gift Acres shopping centre in Lynnwood road. EVERYTIME I use their drive through I have to wait. Not just 2 or 3 or even 5 minutes but sometimes even 40! I have NEVER been helped within a reasonable amount of time, which is kind of the point behind Fast Food, and have never waited less than 15 minutes for my order. Although there were cues some times, most often there were not!
The last time I visited KFC in Gift Acres I had to wait as usual, something I was expecting by now... However, what I was not expecting was that my food would be grossly undercooked, accompanied by stale fries!!! This was it! I had had enough! I URGE KFC to investigate the happenings at this particular branch! I would LOVE to have an efficient and quality controlled service from KFC, which is something that KFC Gift Acres is definitely NOT providing.
