KFC

I was visiting my parents in PTA and decided to buy KFC on my way back to joburg at wonderpark. After waiting for almost 40 min in the drive through (with only 5 cars in front of me) I order the food, swipe my card and enter my pin, the lady says it didnt go through and I should repeat the process again. I see alerts on my phone that two payments of R151.90 have been paid to KFC wonderpark from my account. The lady calls the manager who tells me the the payment did not come through. He tells me I should go get cash to pay for my food because the payment hasn't gone through, which I refused to do. He insisted it will automatically be reversed before I even turn the corner and refuses to give me a slip, saying my smses are proof enough and that "THIS KIND OF THING HAPPENS ALL THE TIME!! ". Its a day later and I'm still R304 out of pocket!!! I want my money back and I want it NOW! I did not come to your shop to donate R304 of my hard earned money. If this kind of thing "happens all the time" then why are you still taking card payments??? Clearly your employees are doing it on purpose hoping I will let it go and they could just pocket my money!! This amounts to! I want my money!!
