Hi,

I called 2 times (27&28 July) and sent an email about how Moses our waiter did not include my ribs in my takeaway (27 July). Today (28 July), I called and spoke to the same guy that I complained to on 27 July. He told me Moses would be in at 2pm today. It is now 5:30pm and I am yet to hear from this guy or anyone from Dominique's.

Not responding to customer complaints is a sure to get bath mouthed by that disgruntled customer. The lack of effort to contact e is a clear indication that Dominique's does not take customer service seriously. I just want my ribs that I paid for. What do I stand to gain if I'm lying about my ribs. I just think that the manager's inability to get back to me is a clear communication that they don't want to do any future business with me. Until this issues is resolved, I will be happy to tell people about the horrible customer service I got from Dominique's.
