Poor service

We tried to buy coffee and and cake form them, a waiter showed us to our table, we sat down and the waiter walked away, the place was not busy at all and the waiters just stood around doing nothing. We didn't receive any service for about 10minutes and decided to go.

This is not the first time we had bad service from them.
