Very unfortunate for the KFC owners that their Uitenhage branch is closed for the month, becasue the other branch is absolutely PATHETIC! I went to the one next to Pick and Pay in central Uitenhage. To start of with, the facility is extremely dirty and car guards run to cars and almost climb on top of you when you stop there. Given my craving for KFC, I stopped anyway. At the till, I was not welcomed or even greeted and my order was not understood by the cashier at all. It took at least 30 minutes before receiving my food and this after at least 15 people that got there after me received their food. This is due to the extreme slow nature of the cashier. You have about 40 people standing around but none of them actually work! Back home after the horrible experience, the food made it even worse. Cold, poorly presented and some pieces actually smelling bad. At least there is some good news for the people of Uitenhage, McDonalds will be opening soon. Well done guys.
