Scooters sent an sms today advertising their "4 FOR ALL" special. Our order was placed on 1st call @ 19:58 tonight as it being Friday we felt like a relaxing evening off with pizzas & movies. @ 20:46 my husband phoned to ask if the pizza's are on their way - we ordered this as DINNER & have 2 KIDS to FEED! The phone is passed around & the only thing we are told is that the pizzas are on their way! We call back AGAIN @ 20:48, 21:08, 21:19 21:25 since no one has the decency to return OUR calls to find out WHERE our food is? We are regular customers and the EXACT SAME ORDER was delivered to us less than a month ago in LESS than 39min!! So why so long this time? We didn't even receive the sms sent like always advising us our order has left the shop & who will be delivering it. Tonight our food was delivered @ 21:30 by the Manager WITHOUT apologizing for being late. My husband took the food & came inside the house, where after they had the audacity to honk the hooter for us to come outside and pay - which we refused as the food was 1 1/2 hours late!! Despatch is closer to this branch than other areas in Uitenhage itself & this was not our 1st time receiving service OR bad food!
