I am very unhappy with the service I received from this Durbanville branch. I placed a delivery order and was told about 40mins. After I didnt get any delivery I called them to be informed that the driver couldnt find the place. They confirmed the details to me and everything was correct. When I asked why no one phoned me they said the phone was busy and they were waiting for me to phone back. I am sitting by the phone and since i called them the line was not used afterwards. If this is their policy I would rather not use them again and wont refer anyone to them. I will rahter go to another debonairs branch.
