Bad customer care

I had ordered a bacon cheese and avo burger from the wimpy in woodmead. My husband and i were rushing home to watch the formula 1 therefore bought it as take out. when i got home and started eating my burger i noticed the bacon was missing, i called the store spoke to the manager and was told the next time i come in he would sort it out as his driver was not available to deliver me a new burger. A week afterwards which was saturday we returned to the store. i introduced myself to the manager and he said its fine he would take care of it. I once again ordered a bacon cheese and avo burger. When the bill came all that had happened was that i had not been charged for the Bacon on this burger however the bill was charged as extra bacon when quite honestly that burger was below the normal standard of the woodmead wimpy as i had been there very often.

Is this customer service. I would expect at minmum i would not have had to pay for my burger.
