Great Quiche just undercooked

Just bought one of your new Quiche salami at canal walk, tasted great except for the pastry underneath is still raw and chewy. Great product, just make sure the pastry at bottom is cooked as well.
Another thing, please ensure that you use a non stick spray or something to avoid the side sticking to silver pie dish.

Other than that a great product, just please rectify the above concerns.
