I am appauled at the level of service we received at nandos. Yesterday me and my colleagues called the nr 011 492 1100 to place 13 orders for 2 hours the phones were'nt working. we finally decided to go there personally. We waited for over 30 min and finally got to the till and placed our orders we waited another 30 minutes and decided that nandos should deliver as we were not willing to wait another hour. This was at 1 pm and shockingly our order was only delivered at 3:30 how pathetic, the orders were not even right. WE did not receive what we asked for even though it is written on the slips, the order ws 2packet of chips short and we were short of a buddy coke as well and short of 1 can as well. This was shockingly pathetic servce we have ever recieved. We are very disapointed at nandos and xpect something to be done about this.
